  • Adjust the consistency & sweetness of the mango juice by adding the remaining water & simple syrup.
  • Blend the mangoes along with 3/4th of the simple syrup & 1 cup water to a smooth consistency.
  • Let the sugar dissolve completely and turn off the heat.
  • In the meanwhile, make simple syrup by heating sugar & 1 cup water on medium heat.
  • Pressure cook the mangoes for 4-5 whistles and let it cool down.
  • Rinse, peel and remove flesh from all the mangoes.
  • Now, its time to filter the pulp for any lumps or mango strands. After the pulp is cooled, grind the pulp to smooth paste.
